         ROBYN HAS BEEN IN THE FITNESS INDUSTRY FOR ALMOST 19 YEARS. SHE HAS
A BACKROUND IN EXERCISE PHYSIOLOGY AND HAS BEEN CERTIFIED BY AAAI,
IDEA AND ESA. ROBYN HAS BEEN INVOLVED WITH DIRECTING GROUP FITNESS PROGRAMS AND DESIGNING CLASS SCHEDULES FOR THE PAST 7 YEARS.
SHE TEACHES A VARIETY OF CLASSES INCLUDING STEP, BODY STRENGTH
AND CONDITIONING, SPIN, BOXING AND PILATES. ROBYN BELIEVES THAT
”VARIETY IS THE SPICE OF LIFE”. AND THAT THIS IS KEY WITH YOURE WORKOUT
