Kids Care at the Sparta Athletic Club is pleased to serve the needs of our younger members. Kids Care is available for all parents/guardians that are on the premisis of the Sparta Athletic Club.

  • Our staff are caring, loving people who want what is best for the children
  • Our staff are CPR certified and have experience with children
  • We care for children ages 6 months and up
  • We have over 2,000 square feet of space for children to learn socialization skills in a mixed group setting
  • The children have such a fun filled time they don't want to go home and can't wait to come back again!


Kid Care Hours:

Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday: 8:30a.m. - 2:30 p.m.
Tuesdays: 8:30 - 12:30 p.m.
Monday - Thursday evenings: 4:30 p.m.- 8:00 p.m.
Saturday all year: 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 noon.

Summer hours
Monday - Friday: 8:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.
Monday - Thursday: 8:30 - 7:00 p.m.

  • Kids Care Hours are subject to change without notice
  • Kids Care will be closed the following holidays: New Years Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.
  • Kids Care will close early on the following holidays: Good Friday, Thanksgiving Eve, Christmas Eve, and New Year's Eve.

Kids Care Policy Regarding Snow Closings and Delayed Openings:

In the event we experience school closings or delayed openings due to inclement weather, please follow the policy below:

If Sparta school system is closed:

  • Kids Care will be closed
  • WEATHER PERMITTING: Evening Kids Care hours will be held at regulary scheduled times

If Sparta school system has a delayed opening:

  • Kids Care will open at 9 am
  • WEATHER PERMITTING: Evening nursery hours will be held at regulary scheduled times.

Sparta Athletic Club's Group Fitness morning schedule will be aired on WSUS 102.3 @ 827-2525. You may also call the Sparta Athletic Club, 729-9141 and listen to the "Club Message Line"
