Personal
Training –
Achieve your fitness goals like never before.
Working with a certified Personal Trainer can
be the difference between going through the
motions and truly achieving goals and levels
of fitness you have only dreamt of attaining.
With our series structure, personal training
is affordable to everyone. Contact the fitness
department for rates and more information.

1-Hour sessions – Achieve your
goals working with a trainer in a private 1-hour
session
• Partnered (2-on-1) sessions –
Share the training hour working out with a friend
and a certified personal trainer.
• Senior Training – Our staff
is also certified to work with the senior populations
and we offer special senior discount training
rates.
•
Fitness Assessments –
Get a benchmark on your current fitness level
and have a tangible way to measure the results
you are achieving. For those individuals participating
in personal training series or programs this
evaluation is free of charge.
Swimsuit
Program –
It doesn’t matter what time of year it
is! You may be heading to a sunny beach in January,
or a cruise in November, or just want that swimsuit
body.
This is a Five Week individualized program that
has you working 1-on-1 with a certified personal
trainer. Cardio training is included along with
detailed nutrition counseling and lifestyle
coaching.
Results have been shown up to a 6.1% reduction
in body fat, 10½” lost, and 8-pound
weight losses.
Bridal
Registry Fitness Program-
Is a Wedding in you plans? Are you attending
a wedding? Are you a Bride-to-be, Groom, Bridal
Party member, or the Mom and/or Dad beaming
with pride? Yes, it’s all about the bride,
but everyone wants to look their very best and
this is the program that will help achieve that
goal.
Bridal Registry FitnessTM is a six week training
program targeted to fitness trimming and definition
to have you looking your very best. This program
includes 1-on-1 personal training, nutrition
guidance, personal professional coaching and
cardiovascular training.
What’s
Your Sport? -
Swimming, Tennis, Golf, Football, Baseball,
Track, Figure Skating, etc., at Sparta Athletic
Club we can answer all your needs. With training
tailored to your specific sport, we can bring
you to your highest level of physical conditioning
and performance.
Nutrition Seminars –
Up
to 75% of the success of your fitness program
can be directly attributed to what you eat or
don’t eat. Understand what you are doing
right or wrong and how you can improve your
nutrition program and make better choices. Understand
the new USDA Food Guidance System. This updated
90-minute seminar has been praised by members
when it was presented in the past.
Ergogenic
Aids –
What
supplements do you need? What works? What doesn’t?
Understand what the media hype is telling you
and what the implication of the 1994 Dietary
Supplement Health Education Act (DSHEA), really
